About the Site
Ultimate Kelly Clarkson is the brainchild of Melissa & me (Jannice), two hardcore Kelly Clarkson fans. The site came a long way, and took a long time until it became the site that you know today.
Both Melissa & I were hosted at the best host ever, Gertie at Fan-Sites.org! We’ve had many sites there, and we love being there! Both of us wanted to run a Kelly Clarkson site, but we were scared of all the work it’d take to run a site on someone with so much history. So when the leading Kelly Clarkson fansite, kellysource.org was abandoned and opened up for adoption, Melissa jumped for it, back in 2008. She did a great job of keeping the site up, and setting it back to its previous stardom. Around May 2009, I joined the site. I kept the site running while Melissa was setting up her new hosting company. My running the site was short lived, since some complications arose, and kellysource.org was given to new webmasters.
Sadly, Melissa’s no longer part of the FS team, though I’m still hosted there. But that’s alright, since Melissa’s new hosting company, Fantorium, was the reason why Ultimate Kelly Clarkson is here. I didn’t want to make a new Kelly Clarkson fansite, since I was upset over the loss of kellysource.org. But Melissa convinced me that we’d work our asses of just to get the best Kelly Clarkson site out there. Our competition is tough, but our wills are tougher, and even though we have a long way to go, we’ll put our dedication into the site.
